the surprise party for my husband's 60th went perfectly. the food was AMAZING!!! the staff was very attentive and helped clear the room and look after the gifts. i found the hotel lovely and clean.

The staff was friendly. They opened the bar after closing time. The hotel decor was modern and clean. The location next to the M1 aided our travels. The room included White Company toiletries. This gave a premium touch. Breakfast had a wide variety of items. Spa facilities are amazing. Locals used them, too!

The room was cozy, it included everything necessary. I could not hear the motorway. The beds were comfortable. I found a good hairdryer and an iron with an ironing board in the room.

the room had ample space. it featured a comfortable bed and provided robes and slippers for spa use. the staff consistently demonstrated friendliness and readily accommodated our needs. i loved that.
i noticed the sauna was notably crowded . this made it difficult to fully enjoy the relaxing atmosphere. i think limiting the number of guests at a time could improve the experience.
